un animal, candidato republicano al senado por indiana, dijo en un debate ayer que los embarazos que resultan de una violacion son algo de dios. lo dice para mantener la linea republicana contra el aborto, ante una pregunta sobre como contempla el tema si una mujer sale preñada en un asalto sexual. no voy a abordar esto desde este angulo, que me resulta estupido. hace tiempo que no me preocupa lo que diga sobre el aborto ningun republicano y mucho menos un anormal como este. lo que quiero tratar es lo de dios y la desgracia. para mi nada divino existe mientras esten aceptados los pasajes biblicos del diluvio universal y las catastrofes de azufre de sodoma y gomorra y le demos credito de que lo hizo un ser de bondad para corregir algo. no estoy cuestionando los hechos sino al pretendido autor. el castigo divino no existe porque contradice lo divino en si. por lo tanto no veo como una divinidad puede proponer un mal a nombre del bien. el hombre ha infligido catastrofes contra el hombre basado en esa premisa pero no por la mano de dios. lo mismo mientras haya un niño pasando hambre, una mujer abusada, un viejo desatendido, un hombre sufriendo por la incomprension de otro, no hay nada divino entre cielo y tierra. no dios, no angel, ni demonio ni diablo en reverso. somos nosotros los humanos los que hacemos todo: el bien y el mal. ahora, si queremos creer que existen entidades superiores a nosotros, en otra dimension pero tan imperfectas y tan ambivalentes como nosotros, es otra cosa... y tal vez a eso yo le llamo religion.

an animal, republican indiana senate candidate, said in a debate yesterday that pregnancy resulting from a rape are an act of god. says it to keep the republican line against abortion, to a question about how contemplates the issue if a woman get pregnant in a sexual assault. i'm not going to address this from this angle, that's stupid to me. it makes time that i don't care what any republicans says about abortion and much less an abnormal like this. what i want to deal is about god and misfortune. for me, nothing divine exists while there are accepted biblical passages as the universal flood and sodom and gomorrah sulfur disasters and it gives credit that it's made it by being of kindness to correct something. i'm not questioning the facts but to the purported author. divine punishment doesn't exist because it contradicts the divine itself. therefore i do not see as a divinity can propose a bad in the name of the good. the man has inflicted disasters against the man based on this premise but not by the hand of god. so while there is a child going hungry, an abused woman, an old man unattended, a man suffering from lack of understanding of the other, there is nothing divine between heaven and earth. not god, not angel, or demon or devil in reverse. we humans do everything: good and evil. now, if we want to believe that there are superior entities to us, in another dimension but so imperfect and so ambivalent as we are, is another thing... and perhaps i call that religion.©varela
