tejas es el segundo estado mas grande de la yuma (detras de alaska que no es estado sino un refrigerador con pingüinos adentro) y el mas populoso despues de california (que es jalisco rajado). tejas es la tierra de los apaches y los comanches pero tambien fue de españa, de francia y de mejico. y es para siempre la imagen del vaquero americano y el pantalon tejano, del redneck asando el bistec de media libra en la barbacoa y el six-pack de cerveza nacional en la mano; y del petrolero con reloj de oro, botas y sombreron de mil dolares. tejas contribuyo con 90 mil soldados a la guerra civil y con 750 mil a la segunda guerra mundial.
